Inherited retinal diseases are the primary cause of youth blindness in Australia, and are the primary cause of blindness in the working age population. Cure Blindness Australia Inc. is a non-profit organisation dedicated to helping people affected by retinal diseases, their families and their friends. Our focus is on promoting equality and support for people with inherited retinal diseases, and supporting research into the cause, treatments, and a cure for retinal dystrophies such as Retinitis Pigmentosa.

Cure Blindness Australia Inc is a registered charity regulated by the ACNC and is endorsed as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR). Donations of $2 or more are tax-deductible.

VOLUNTEER

We are always looking for individuals with a variety of skills to assist us with our charity goals. This may include administration, fundraising, assisting at events, raising awareness and other duties.
